    Dominic was appointed to the Barloworld board on 19 March 2014. He joined Barloworld in 2007 as chief executive officer of the Barloworld Equipment South Africa division and was promoted to chief operating officer of Barloworld Equipment southern Africa. On 1 October 2013 Dominic was appointed chief executive officer of Equipment southern Africa. Prior to joining Barloworld, Dominic was deputy managing director of Afgri Limited. On 8 February 2017 Dominic was appointed chief executive of Barloworld Ltd.

    Chris joined Barloworld in 1998 and has held various roles in strategy at the group and divisional level. He has been directly involved in M&A activity in the Automotive division over the last 10 years and also supported various transactions in the Logistics business. Prior to his current position Chris was the CE of the Digital Disposal Solutions business in the Automotive division.

    Emmy has held the position of CEO for Barloworld Equipment South Africa since 1 October 2012 which equates to 60% of the southern African business. His career stretches over various commodities and disciplines in the industry.


    Emmy was previously the CEO of Hernic Ferrochrome having previously held senior executive roles at other organisations such as Anglo American and BHP Billiton.

    Keith joined Barloworld in 2004 when Avis Southern Africa was bought by Barloworld. He started his career at Avis in 1998 and was appointed as chief executive for Avis Car Rental Southern Africa in 2004. In 2007 he was appointed as chief executive for Barloworld Automotive – Car Rental that included the Southern Africa and Scandinavian operations. Keith was appointed chief executive Barloworld Automotive on 1 March 2015.

    Peter joined Barloworld in 1975 and was appointed to the Barloworld board in October 2009. He was appointed chief executive officer of the Equipment division comprising the southern African, Russian and Iberian territories, on 1 October 2013. He is chairman of Barloworld Equipment UK.

    Sibani Mngomezulu was appointed as the Group Executive: Human Resources, Strategy & Sustainability, on 1 June 2014. Previously he was CEO of EMD Africa, a joint venture company between Caterpillar-owned EMD and Barloworld offering rail products and services. Prior to taking up the position at EMD Africa, Sibani was an executive at Barloworld for a number of years. He previously occupied the roles of Head of Corporate Affairs and Group Company Secretary. In addition, Sibani has managed a number of Group and divisional portfolios at Barloworld including risk management, legal, investor relations and communication, marketing, sustainable development and environmental reporting as well as health and safety. Prior to joining Barloworld, Sibani worked for investment banks including Merrill Lynch, Cazenove and JP Morgan where he was involved in advising on local & cross-border mergers & acquisitions. Sibani remains a director of Barloworld South Africa which houses the operating divisions of the Group’s interests in South Africa and he represents Barloworld’s interests on the boards of Group investments in certain African countries.

    Kamogelo, a qualified industrial engineer by training, brings with him 21 years of senior business executive experience in operations and management in varied sectors including Logistics, Industrial, Automotive, Food Services, Hospitality, Rail and Post Services; 18 years of which have been in senior and executive management roles with blue chip companies.

    In his role as CEO Kamogelo will be responsible for driving further growth, in line with our group-wide growth ambitions, in the Logistics business. He has a solid track record in innovative leadership and managing complex businesses having worked for Fedics Food Services, BMW SA, Super Group subsidiary SGE and prior to joining Barloworld was Divisional CEO of Fleet Africa for 9 years, also a Super Group subsidiary.

    Tantaswa has worked for KPMG SA where she was Executive head: People (HR) and Transformation and a member of the executive committee. She is a chartered accountant with qualifications in industrial psychology, accounting, banking and finance. She has also served as National President at the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa (ABASA). In addition, Tantaswa has previously worked for Standard Bank and Nkonki Inc and serves as a non-executive director on a number of boards.

    Quinton joined Barloworld Automotive in August 1992 as Financial Manager in Motor Retail. In 2003 he was appointed as Financial Director of Barloworld Equipment’s´ International operations based in London United Kingdom. In May 2008 he was appointed as deputy general director of Barloworld Equipment´s operations in Russia and in July 2012 was appointed as general director for Barloworld’s Russian business. Quinton was appointed as chief executive Equipment Iberia on 1 October 2016.
